MHIA Insurance (MHIA) has operated for over 30 years as a dedicated insurer for land lease community homeowners. Their products are tailored for homes on leased land — a unique tenure type where the homeowner owns the dwelling but leases the site from a park operator. MHIA partners with over 900 land lease communities across Australia and works with major park chains including Ingenia Lifestyle, Hometown Australia, GemLife, Hampshire Villages, Living Gems, and National Lifestyle Villages.
