We make it simple to make a claim, and we process your claim efficiently.
First, make sure everyone is safe, then call the State Emergency Service (SES) on 132 500 for help in the event of flood, storm, tsunami or bushfire.
When you are able to, contact us so that we can lodge your claim and provide immediate assistance.

If your car can not be driven, have your car towed to the nearest repairer of your choice.
MHIA may cover the cost of a hire car for $70 per day up to 30 days whilst your vehicle is being assessed and repaired. Please refer to your PDS for full terms and conditions on hire car.
