You didn’t think that was the end of our update did you? We gathered so much information that we needed to split our updated into 2 parts. In November we had the pleasure of visiting a range of communities across the Lower North Coast of New South Wales. We met with park staff, community sales teams and residents in each and gathered up the most interesting news for you in our update below.
The land lease community space is a fast paced one and because of that we pay close attention to new and planned developments in the communities we visit. Hampshire’s Happy Hallidays Park is undergoing upgrades, including the addition of new permanent sites within the park. Beachfront, part of the Hometown portfolio, has seen steady improvements aimed at enhancing the resident experience. Hometown has plans for a new village near Laurieton Village, further solidifying its presence in the region and providing potential home owners with a chance to find a new land lease home.
If you’ve been keeping an eye on home availability in the Port Maquarie area and missed out on Newport Village then keep your eyes peeled. The demand for homes at Hometown’s Newport Village was evident, with the village now at full capacity and the gated community of Glenfern slated to begin gradually expanding.
At Ocean Club in Lake Cathie, growth continues with an expansion set to add 110 new homes! If you’ve been considering a land lease estate to live within then this could present an excellent opportunity secure a new home, as well as specialist insurance suited to it.
We had the lovely opportunity to visit Ingenia Lifestyle South West Rocks, a gated community where we cover a great number of residents and have a strong relationship. Residents we spoke with commented positively on their experience with MHIA, a rarity in the insurance industry.
If you live within Lincoln Place’s Nambucca River Village of Northern Rivers Lifestyle Estate then keep an eye out for our brochures within your community spaces as we recently updated our materials in your community!
The main take away from our visit across the Lower North Coast was the dynamic growth the region is experiencing. With many parks expanding, new developments being planned and even acquisitions between different park groups it’s evident that the land lease space is maturing and strengthening.
Established community groups such as Ingenia, Hampshire, and Hometown continue to offer amazing homes to potential home owners, while newer entrants like Serenitas and Allam Group are making their presence felt, offering even more opportunities.
The land lease landscape is always evolving. Staying informed is the best method that new and future home owners have to choose a community suited to their particular lifestyle. Aside from offering amazing specialist home and contents cover our aim at MHIA is to share the information we gather to help support your decision making.
