    What struck me was the strong sense of connection—people really look out for each other. It’s a tight-knit environment full of resilience and warmth.

    With the world becoming more automated and digital, human support makes all the difference. When something goes wrong, you want to speak to someone who understands and acts quickly.

  5. As someone who’s dedicated much of your life to community causes, what do you admire about MHIA’s commitment to supporting over-55 Australians in unique housing situations?

    I admire their genuine focus on people. They understand the unique needs of their clients and have built a product to best serve their needs and go out of their way to make life easier, safer, and more secure for them.

  6. What do you think makes MHIA different from other insurance providers?

    It’s the personal touch. They know their customers by name, not just by a policy number. That kind of relationship is rare.

  7. You’ve been part of some very honest conversations with MHIA staff and customers. What have those moments taught you about us as a company?
